  • 0.5% - 3–4 drops - Toddlers (2–6 years), facial use, sensitive skin
  • 1% - 6 drops - Children (6–15 years), pregnant women, daily facial use
  • 2% - 12 drops - General adult use, body oils, lotions
  • 3% - 18 drops - Acute conditions, short-term use
  • 5% - 30 drops - Muscle pain, injury, short-term therapeutic blends
  • 10% - 60 drops - perfume blends (not for full-body use)
