We’re committed to getting your order to you quickly and smoothly! Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process, estimated delivery times, & how to track your package.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s journey.
Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Order Processing Time
All our products are handcrafted in small batches. It takes us 1 to 3 business days to create and fulfill orders before they are shipped!
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
Delivery times may vary based on location, carrier delays, and holidays.
USPS Shipping Delays
- As of April 2025, USPS shipping times have been impacted by several factors, leading to potential delays in package deliveries. The USPS has adjusted its service standards, aiming to deliver 75% of first-class mail within the existing time frame, while 14% may experience faster delivery and 11% may be slower, all still within the 1–5 day range .
- However, customers have reported inconsistencies, with some express packages taking longer than expected, & in certain cases, delays extending up to several weeks . Additionally, severe weather events in various regions have contributed to further disruptions in mail & package deliveries.
- Please note: refunds will not be issued for delayed packages.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please immediately email us at support@rootedforgood.com with your order number &correct shipping address. If the order has not been processed we may be able to make an adjustment. However, we are unable to modify addresses once an order has been processed. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees.
Damaged Product
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please email us at support@rootedforgood.com within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Missing Item
Oh no! If something is missing from your order, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us at support@rootedforgood.com within 7 days of receiving your package so we can make it right. Be sure to include your order number and a description of the missing item—we’ll take care of the rest.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- If you experience any delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number. If your package included insurance, you may be eligible for coverage through the carrier.
- Please note: we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered.
