Focus Essential Oil Blend

Dilute 1 drop of essential oil with 1 drop of carrier oil & apply to desired areas as needed. Always dilute appropriately when applying to children.

Essential oils can be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding—but with extra caution & only under the guidance of a healthcare provider.

During Pregnancy:

• Stick to gentle oils like Lavender, Chamomile, Frankincense, & Citrus oils
• Avoid oils known to stimulate the uterus or cause contractions (e.g. Clary Sage, Cinnamon, Rosemary, Wintergreen)
• Always use proper dilution (typically 1% or less) & avoid applying near the abdomen in the first trimester
• Diffusing is generally considered safer than topical use

While Breastfeeding:

• Use only mild, baby-safe oils
• Avoid applying oils directly to the chest where the baby may come into contact
• Monitor for any skin reactions or sensitivity in both mom & baby
