Topical Application

Clean Living Recipe
Instructions:
In a double boiler (or heat-safe bowl over a pot), gently melt the coconut oil & shea butter or beeswax together.
Remove from heat & let cool slightly (but not solidify).
Stir in the essential oils. Pour into a small glass jar or tin. Let it cool completely & solidify before using.
How to Use: Apply a small amount to the chest, back, neck, or bottoms of feet.
Ease Joint & Muscle Discomfort
Massage (diluted) into sore joints or muscles to help reduce inflammation & discomfort.
Shower Steam Boost
Drop a few drops in the back corner of your shower or onto a washcloth to turn your shower into a soothing steam session.
Freshen Linens
Add a few drops to a glass spray bottle with water & lightly mist pillows, sheets, or laundry.
Bath Soak for Cold Relief
Add to Epsom salts & mix into a warm bath to relax muscles, support detox, & open up the respiratory system.
Improve Sleep Quality
Apply (diluted) to the bottoms of feet or diffuse near your bedside to encourage restful sleep.
